stumble-then-rise asked: you inspire me to dress how i want to dress, and not care what others think, or if my parents give me an eye-roll. sometimes people might think i look a bit slaggy but so fuck? i know i'm not, and people are so over-sensitive these days. a ripped fishnet or showing the tops of your stockings and garters and people are like OMFGZ HO-BAG. urgh. <3 ya! x

I love hearing things like this.  Rock on mama! If you feel good that’s all that really matters.  What ever reactions you get, take them as a compliment because you are forcing people to think enough to actually respond. <3  I personally am phasing out of my sleaze rock stage but I will always be a fan of thigh highs and garters. <3

Anonymous asked: What are your favorite makeup brushes to use for all parts of the face when applying cosmetics? What brand of blush might you recommend? And lastly, if I apply false lashes and they look unnatural or very fake each time, could it be they just don't suit me or I'm applying them wrong?

I apply my foundation with MAC 187 duo fiber, use the 188 duo fiber for pressed powder, 138 tapered brush for contouring, I use my fingertips to apply blush and highlighter and concealer.  Using your fingers helps you find the cheekbones easier for a more precise application.  For my eyes I stick to the 217 & 226 and the 209 for liner and brows.

For lashes, they are probably too big for your eye shape. try trimming them!  The fake lashes should start and end where your natural lashes start and end.

Anonymous asked: The love of my life died a little less than 6 years ago now. He was also killed in a car crash, because a high school kid fell asleep at the wheel. To this day, no matter how horrible it is, I would still trade the man I am currently dating to get him back again. I am not really sure if this will ever go away. But I really hope so, because holding onto something that time takes away is very spirit breaking.

Our hearts are in the same place.  I can completely relate to how you are feeling as I am struggling with it currently.  Given the choice I’d do anything to have Dan back and I too would trade in who I’m with for that chance.  It’s a completely selfish thought and I’m constantly reminding myself of that.  But it’s there nonetheless and it may always be there.  You think you’re at that point to take the next step until you’re there and have to actually deal with letting a completely different person in; hoping you’ll see enough similarities between them and the one you lost to act as a balm.  Which is also very selfish.

Anonymous asked: could you suggest some good stripper supply/fetish shops for leather goods? xx

snaz75.com, eroticcabaret.com are my favorites.

With hot tea and wordy books.

Anonymous asked: do you like/know die antwoord?

YES. I had always heard of them but never really listened to them.  I actually only actually sat and had a good YouTube exploration of their songs earlier this month after the fashion show I did.  ’I  Fink You Freeky’ was part of the mix for the runway track.

Anonymous asked: Being surrounded/exposed to creative people/projects completely terrifies me, it intimidates me to a point where I end up doing NOTHING. Mostly because of fear of not being _______ enough. How can I shift from this perspective to feeling empowered and inspired and excited and encouraged by people-I-admire's lives?

Good it should terrify you.  In my opinion it is always good to be around people who can inspire (scare) you into operating at a higher level than you may currently.  But just remember that they are humans too with typical human thought processes.  If you feel you can’t contribute your own ideas, then ask questions.  Creative intellects love being asked questions.  It feeds the ego.

paranoirotica asked: I was wondering, I'm not really sure what to call it overall, but do you read into demonology (I guess) and stuff like that? You seem like you might know a bit about. No one I know other than my partner knows who Lilith is haha :)

Yeah I was minoring in Theology in college.  I’m surprised to hear so few people are aware of who Lilith is!  There are so many Satanic symbol sporting/Satanist enthusiast people out there nowadays.  I guess we can blame fashion, but I always hope that people at least do their research before…oh fuck nevermind.  Thats too generous a statement.

Anonymous asked: have you ever tried any hardcore drugs, like, cocaine or meth, etc? if so what was your experience like? i tried going through your Q&A but i couldn't find any similar questions. :o sorry if this is too personal...

Not cocaine or meth or heroine or anything like that.  E and shrooms? Yes.  But way back in the college days.

Anonymous asked: What are some of your favorite lovely Lush products? ^^

Any of their lip scrubs (so yummy), Herbalism cleanser, Tea Tree Water Toner, Vanishing Cream, and their Vanilla scent stick thing.  So amazing.

Anonymous asked: It's the art student here again. Your advice has been duly noted, thank you :) <3 I was also wondering if you had any tips for art college style...obviously I want to be comfortable and not over-the-top, but still manage to somehow look awesome. My usual style is black, leather, studs, spikes, platforms. I'm 5'0 & UK 6. How do I translate my usual style into a school environment? xo

Rock it.  Don’t change anything.  It’s art college.  Part of your art is the way you dress and if you show that you know who you are, it’ll help you stand out in such a competitive field.
